The best books this season as chosen by Australia’s leading booksellers
about us
We are a proudly independent general bookshop located in Mornington, Victoria, about an hour south-east of Melbourne on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula.
We have been part of our community for more than 45 years, sharing our passion for books and reading and providing our customers with quality service and specialised knowledge. Farrells is a welcoming and inclusive space to connect with other book lovers.
This NAIDOC Week (and every week), every gift can help create another story.
When you have your purchases gift wrapped at Farrells, we invite you to make a donation to the @indigenousliteracyfoundation (ILF). If you don`t have cash, it`s now even easier, we can simply add a $2 donation to your purchase at the register.
The ILF is a national charity of the Australian book industry that works with remote Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Communities. They provide culturally relevant books, support early literacy, and help Communities create and publish stories in their own languages—ensuring language, culture and storytelling continue to thrive for future generations. ❤️💛🖤
Thank you for helping us support the power of reading, language and culture. One beautifully wrapped gift at a time.
