Hey, I’m Jacq. I’m the behind the scenes controller (along with Indy) of books coming in to Farrell’s & books going out. My workspace is next to the kids section; Picture Story Junior, Teen & Fantasy. With only a partition wall between – the hum of the bookshop is constantly around me. I’m privy to a lot of vocal excitement & lovely book conversations, recommendations & readings. I’m a mostly fiction reader but biography, natural history, art/design & current affairs occasionally sneak in. I have another very busy working life outside of Farrells which gets in the road, quite frankly, of precious reading time.
