Each pair is lovingly handmade using real bookbinding techniques that have been altered to fit the tiny format by local artist, The Tiny Book Shop.
Details:
- Assorted designs available
- Extra Small Size: (not including hooks) approx. 1.5cm x 1cm x 0.2cm
- Made with largely rescued materials!
- Cardboard for the covers and the paper pages are both waste packaging from the Farrells Bookshop
- Book covers are either patterned paper or fabric from the artist’s personal stash of scraps or kindly donated by other local crafters.
- The earring hooks are 925 sterling silver – great for sensitive ears! But it does mean they will tarnish slightly, easiest way to prevent that is to wear them regularly, otherwise give them a gentle clean with a polishing cloth (available from most jewellers).
- Fragile – please do not wear me to sleep, swim or shower.
